The UK Association for Public Administration is committed to supporting research activity and dissemination through our core activities. Our research network will bring together colleagues from member institutions to collaborate on research ideas, to disseminate their own research and drive the agenda for impactful research in the field of public administration.
UKAPA’s Research Network will:
- Connect colleagues from member institutions who conduct research in public administration and related fields (e.g. public management, public policy)
- Develop a community to drive the research agenda for public administration and to respond to funding opportunities
- Provide opportunities to disseminate research findings and outputs
- Support Early Career Academics to develop their research skills and publication profile
- Develop member led special interest groups, with an emphasis on ‘impact’ and ‘knowledge exchange’
- Support UKAPA to submit evidence based contributions to relevant public consultations
