Karin is an Associate Professor in Public Sector Learning in the Department of Public Administration and Policy (DPAP) at the University of Birmingham. Karin’s research focuses on public sector learning, public administration as a taught discipline and local governance. Karin is experienced in supporting and advising local government elected members and officers in terms of executive development and role development. Prior to working in academia she was a nurse.
