UKAPA is committed to supporting and promoting all aspects of research, teaching, knowledge exchange and the practice of public administration and associated disciplines in the UK and on a global level. To further these goals, UKAPA pursues wide-ranging and deep collaborations with learned societies and research and teaching institutions. Further, it aims to support research and teaching institutions by holding joint events, setting up joint initiatives for developing knowledge on novel areas of research and teaching practice, coordinating scientific events and facilitating collaboration and complementarity.
UKAPA currently collaborates with learned societies such as EGPA, IIAS and ASPA’s SPAE and is open to developing additional international partnerships. We believe that the UK public administration scholarly and practitioner community has much to offer and much to learn from experiences of public administration worldwide. UKAPA’s international strategy aims to establish and foster fruitful partnerships, for the ultimate purpose of generating knowledge and serving the public administration community.
